I built a NAS Server for personal use with an extra PC using TrueNAS.

Active Directory Server

I used VMWare to create a virtual Active Directory server and used group policy to determine access to folders within the NAS previously mentioned.

Network Security / DNS Administration

AD-Blocking Server

I built an Ad-Blocking server using a Raspberry Pi and Pi-Hole. This allow me to send false DNS information to the requesting ad servers therefore not allowing the ads to load on my network.
